The design of this drawing belongs to a young artist, challenged by our Chef to communicate the values of Casa Japonesa.
It represents art with the freshness of creativity transmitted in a pure and artisanal way. Just as our cuisine combines the creative spirit of Chef Flávio Barbosa with the excellence of Japanese culinary technique, respecting the freshness and quality of the raw material in all dishes.
